I love teaching and empowering people who want to learn how to be pain free, move better, and reduce joint wear and injuries.
Even as a Pilates Instructor and massage therapist in my 20s, I struggled with back pain and a bulging disc. But once I found DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), I quickly became back-pain-free (even through two pregnancies over a decade later). I was amazed at how instantly stronger my core was (and my entire body!) as I noticed other aches and pains likewise disappear.
I continue to integrate DNS developmental kinesiology principles with Z-Health, Pilates and bodywork neuromuscular therapies.
I’ve enjoyed working with clients to overcome pain since 2010 in the California Bay Area. I recently relocated to Olympia with my husband and two young children to be close to my sister’s family as we raise our kids together.
